CRAIG PRYOR
Financial Director

Craig Pryor has spent over forty years of his life involved in a church setting. He had great, upstanding parents who had a positive influence on his life and most everyone around him. Yet despite his early exposure to Jesus and people who wholeheartedly believed in Him, he didn’t believe in the concept of a risen Savior. Over years of frustration and lack of answers to his burning questions, he decided he would just never “get it.” God’s faithfulness did not pass him over, however. Just a few years ago, a man came along and showed him through Scripture his need for a Savior and how Jesus Christ had met that need. Craig trusted Christ as His Lord and Savior. He has been a part of Grace and Truth Church since 2012.  Craig has worked for over 15 years for the Bank of America Corporation.  He has been married to his wife, Dana, for more than 5 years.

Grace and Truth Church Penny Bennett

PENNY BENNETT
Small Group Leader

Penny Bennet grew up going to church every Sunday, and she could tell you most of the major Bible “stories”. However, she did not understand the concept “by grace are ye saved through faith”. As a teen, she remembers church revival meetings when she was deeply moved and went to the altar to pray at the invitation, but no one explained her need to be saved. In 1972, her husband reconnected with a friend, Fred, from his high school football team. Penny and her husband began spending time with Fred and his wife, and they quickly learned about their relationship with Christ. God used this friendship to eventually lead Penny and her husband to receive Christ. Penny’s relationship with Jesus has since sustained her through the vicissitudes of life, including the stillbirth of a child in 1975, the death of her husband in 1990, and becoming a senior citizen.

Grace Truth Church Joshua Ransburg

JOSHUA RANSBURG
Small Group Leader

“Lost without a purpose” is how Joshua Ransburg would describe his life before he accepted the gift of salvation from his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As a young adult he made many mistakes, but his greatest mistake was putting off God while knowing His power and grace. Eventually Joshua’s ways caught up to him and he was left with nothing; without hope or a purpose. Trial after trial he suffered until he came to the realization that the only one that could heal his self-inflicted pain and suffering was the Lord Jesus Christ. He turned everything he had over to Him. Each and every day since, God has built him up for the better. Currently Joshua is an assembly line worker at Ford, undergraduate student at University of Central Missouri, and a proud member and small group leader of Grace and Truth Church.
