Day 5 – 52 Weeks of Pursuit

Happy Friday!

With the Theme of the Bible being the “Kingdom,” and who will rule and reign, it did not take long before Satan put in motion a plan to establish a “kingdom” here on earth, to rule and reign from.  To have a kingdom, there must first be a “king,” and then there must be “subjects.”  Today, when men refuse to submit to the “Kingdom of God,” they find a woman, make babies and set themselves up as king, and their families become their kingdom, all in an attempt to eliminate THE TRUE KING (Jesus Christ) from their lives.

At the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, when Christ has finished His High Priestly work, He will leave His Father’s Throne and descend into the atmosphere of this earth to meet His espoused Bride, THE CHURCH (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18).  He will then accompany His Bride back to Heaven, and taking His place upon the “Judgment Seat of Christ” (Romans 14:10), will judge the saints and reward them according to their works, after which He will present the Church to Himself.  Then will follow the Marriage, and Marriage supper of the Lamb (Revelation 19:6-9), after which He receives the Kingdom from the Father. Accompanied by the armies of Heaven, He will descend to the earth, fight the battle of Armageddon, and thereafter, sit upon the “Throne of His Glory” for 1000 years, after which He goes back into the “Godhead.”

1 Corinthians 15:28 (KJV)
And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself
be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

Highlights for me from the first week of 52 Weeks –
Day 1 – Genesis 1:1 DESTROYS: Atheism (GOD created); Polytheism (GOD is singular); Evolution (God CREATED)!
Day 2 – 5:22 – “…walked with God…” – In my word search, only 2 people in the bible “walked with God” – Enoch and Abram
    Day 3 – 8:21 – “…for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth;…” Rom. 5:12; 3:23; 6:23 confirmed!
    Day 5 – 14:4 – “…in the thirteenth year they rebelled…” – 1st mention of both “thirteenth & rebelled”

Anyone else have anything to share?
