Project Description

The Service Gift of Ruling (Administration) Romans 12:8 (KJV) “Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.” In Romans 12:8, the word “rule” means to lead, to manage, to have share of, to oversee, or to rule. IT is the ability to see an objective, FORMALIZE that objective, MOBILIZE a group of people, and get them to that objective. There are some who have special gifts of leadership and are able to oversee the work of God. These are people who are able to preside over the work in a given church and guide it into scriptural and fruitful paths. In simple terms, this is the gift of “Management.” These are people who plan their work, and then work their plan!
